1. Service Cancellation
- Clients may cancel an appointment or consultation at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
- Cancellations made after work has commenced may incur a partial service fee depending on the progress of the case or document preparation.
2. Refund Policy
- Payments made for completed or ongoing legal services are non-refundable.
- Refunds may be considered only if a payment was made in error or a service could not be initiated by State of Law.
