Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Cancellation

  • Clients may cancel an appointment or consultation at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
  • Cancellations made after work has commenced may incur a partial service fee depending on the progress of the case or document preparation.

2. Refund Policy

  • Payments made for completed or ongoing legal services are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may be considered only if a payment was made in error or a service could not be initiated by State of Law.
